Returns & Exchanges
Here at Sole Confessions, we aim for the highest customer satisfaction possible, that's why we have a "no hassle" 30 days return policy.
If for any reason you wish to return your order just contact us and we will be happy to help! When returning your order please make sure it has been no longer than 30 days since receiving it and it is unused, in its original packaging and condition as to when it arrived.
Canadian Returns
To start a return please follow the guide below. You will be provided with a return label by us. A $6.99 fee will be deducted from your refund total to cover return costs. Outbound shipping fees are not refunded.
Non-Canadian Returns
You will be responsible for any shipping fees occurred when returning an order and you must provide us with a tracking number.
Starting a Return
To request a return send us an email at SoleConfessionsSockCo@gmail.com along with the details mentioned below:
- Photos of the product preserved in its original condition.
- Date which you received the product. Please add a Proof of Delivery, which will be available on the tracking page.
- Any other details you may think are important that we should know of.
*Our physical address is for administrative purposes only. Returns shipped without following the instructions or to the wrong address will not be accepted.
Upon receiving the returns label, customers must post the return back to us within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not allow refunds due to shipping times. Our Shipping information is provided on the product page, and on the Shipping Policy page. If you do not wish to keep the item once you have received it, you can return it for a refund.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders that have been placed and made to your styles, designs and specifications.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you’ve reduced the value of the item, for example if the returned product is scratched, dirty or broken, then a fee will be deducted from your refund.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know within 4 hours of placing your order. Order cancellation requests after the first 4 hour timeframe will not be accepted.
